There is an easy solution to the problem of russians not feeling particularly responsible for genocide of Ukrainians — ban all tourist visas for the russians. First, it would really make them think something is not right about what their country is doing. While they are allowed to freely travel and consume the benefits of Western civilization, the russians will take no action against their government. Second, the visa ban would limit the influence of their rotten culture and eliminate their vile behaviour abroad.
