Ukraine DAO manages the treasury using a multi-signature on the Safe digital asset management platform.

The word “multisig” (multisignature) means that more than one signature is required to approve a transaction.

Ukraine DAO’s multisignature wallet requires 3/5 signatures. This means that in order to make a transaction from Ukraine DAO’s wallet, the transaction must be signed by 3 people with respective permissions.

This increases the security of digital assets because no one can single-handedly confirm a transaction and transfer the assets.
